AVAILABLE BUNNIES

Mississippi Cottontails is a small rabbitry in North Mississippi dedicated to raising purebred, pedigreed, and quality holland lops, Netherland Dwarfs, and Lionheads. In our breeding program, we strive for great type and sweet/friendly personalities. All rabbits are handled since birth and are socialized with children and adults. All rabbits live in a indoor air conditioned house free from sudden change of temperature and diseases brought by wild animals. They are also kept in clean pens and clean living conditions. Therefore, all bunnies will leave our care in the best possible health condition when they turn 8 weeks old.

Regarding our sales policy, please read the following rules before inquiring. When the customer purchases from us, it is acknowledged that you have read and agree to the policy.

-PM only for prices on bunnies

-Price is subject to change at any time. I adjust prices of offered Hollands, Netherland dwarfs, and Lionheads as they mature to reflect changing quality and/or costs of care beyond the original time of posting. This price may increase or decrease at any time. Just because a rabbit was posted at a certain price last week does not mean the rabbit will remain that price at the time of your inquiry. 

- Bunnies will be reserved with a upfront 50% NON REFUNDABLE deposit. This deposit will go towards purchase price. Deposit can NOT be moved to another bunny or refunded unless something happened to the bunny while in my care. Also, if you change your mind after full payment is made, this will also be NON REFUNDABLE.
Full payment will be due the week prior to the pick up date (unless other arrangements are made and agreed upon). If you don’t answer your texts or don’t show up on the pick up date, the bunny will be put back into the market. After the bunny is turns 8 weeks, it costs $20 per week to hold them. (Unless you have transport set up for soon after they turn 8 weeks) 

-I reserve the right to cancel any sell at any time for any reason. If cancellation is done on my part, a full refund will be made. 

- We do our best to identify gender, but it is not 100% guaranteed. No refund will be given due to misidentified gender.

- We do not guarantee breeding or show quality 

-Once a bunny leaves our care We can not be held responsible for any sicknesses or injuries that occur. It is the buyer’s responsibility after it leaves our farm. All of our bunnies, to the best of our knowledge, will be healthy upon leaving our farm. We will also send pictures of bunnies to buyer before being transported to confirm bunnies health. After the bunny leaves our care and goes on transport, it is no longer our responsibility.
If payment was received for an animal being held and said animal becomes ill or deceased while in our care, we will either issue a refund or replace the animal with another bunny of equal value agreeable to buyer. 

-no bunnies will leave our care before 8 weeks old. 

-photos from Mississippi Cottontails are our property. If you use/post them, please give Mississippi Cottontail photo credit. 

-Transport is to be obtained by buyer at buyer’s expense.

-Bunnies sold as “proven” have been successfully bred and produced offspring with sale price reflecting this confirmation.  Bunnies not sold as proven have not produced offspring. I do not offer any type of reimbursement or replacement for bunnies  that do not reproduce. 

- If you get a bunny from us and can not keep or take care of it, we are glad to take it back with no refund given. Please do not abandon them on the street or send them to a shelter. 

- We accept cash, PayPal(friends and family), and Venmo
